'ifilm among top 3 entertainment channels'

Iranian actor Hamid-Reza Mohammadi has lauded ifilm, choosing the channel as one of top 3 Iranian entertainment platforms.

The actor with his acclaimed performance in the series ‘Amid the Ashes’ said to local media that ifilm is one of the best Iranian channels in terms of audience rate, placing among top three.

He added that the channel has done a great job, screening the best of Iran series and movies.

“When I watch my series on ifilm, never happened to miss re-runs of my shows,” he further said.  

In the series ‘Amid the Ashes’ themed on Iraq-Iran war, he plays the role of a real-life solider that Iraq former dictator Saddam Hussein put a bounty worth 200,000 IQD (Iraqi Dinar) on his head. The character I portray is still alive, the actor adds.
